These are cards I made during this week’s Facebook Live video. You can watch the replay on YouTube or on Facebook. I go live each week at 10:00 AM Wednesdays AET…you can check here to see what time that is where you live for next week’s broadcast.
As I said, at this time of year I like to revisit Annual Catalogue products as we approach the end of their time. It is rare for Stampin’ Up! to carry over Designer Series Paper from one catalogue to the next, so I’m expecting this Peony Garden DSP to retire at the beginning of May, even if the Prized Peony stamps and coordinating dies carry over.
It’s fun to do this little cut-and-fold trick to have the reverse side of the DSP show.
I showed you the card layer templates by Kylie that I use to help me size my layers. These aren’t particularly tricky ones, but her sets have close to 20 templates to help convert between inches and centimetres, or just to help plan out layers for your own designs.
And there’s nothing like being live on camera to cause me to fumble-finger the double-loop bow!
Here’s what I used to make these cards…clicking on any picture will take you straight to my online store. Note: I’ve included the entire suite collection as I’ve used almost everything in it on this card (didn’t use the Square Vellum Doilies or the Embossing Folder). I’ve also listed the individual items as well.
