This is another of the projects we made in my February Monthly Medley class. It’s based on a tutorial I saw on Splitcoaststampers.com.
I really wish there was a good way to capture the shimmer and shine from the homemade shimmer mist sprayed over the blackout layer.
Had to use a bit to decorate the inside, too!
