I’ve made this style of cards quite often over the last few years…stamp the images on an intact sheet of neutral cardstock across the centre axes. Then cut into four quarters, trim down and mount on mats and card bases, and add sentiments.
I didn’t grab a picture of my stamped cardstock before cutting it up, so here’s a pic of the completed cards put roughly back into place.
As you can see, one can stamp the sentiment directly on the image cardstock layer, or add it in a separate layer.
This one was stamped in VersaMark and embossed with Gold embossing powder.
