Earlier this week I showed you a series of cards I made by “slicing and dicing” a sheet of the gorgeous Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper. Today’s card uses the same concept in a slightly different manner.
This is the sheet of paper…same pretty colours and dainty flowers, this time in a smaller format, 6 wreaths, and two sprays.
I carefully cut off a row of the wreaths, and then used a Deckled Rectangle Die to cut out one of the wreaths.
Then I added a sentiment from Framed Florets.
I wanted to pop it up on a Blackberry Bliss mat, but since the paper is so thin I decided to use a solid rectangle of Foam Adhesive Sheets cut slightly smaller than the DSP.
I decided to keep it very simple and didn’t add any embellishments, though a sprinkle of small rhinestones would look great.
