This is one of a series of posts featuring cards I made for a “Chain Card Swap.” Tracy Held dreamed this up, where each participant started a chain, and each successive recipient made their own variation on it, until it finally looped back to the original artist. My card is from Round 7, and as you can see from Michele’s card in Round 6, I kept the Bee Mine Suite, but totally changed up the layout, unknowingly, “breaking the rules,” and making a fun fold card. Oops!
Oh, well. I’ll play nicely from now on. Do be sure to hop around and see everyone’s creations!
Here’s what I used to make this card. It’s all available in my Online Store, though Sweet Sorbet cardstock and ink, the Bee Mine DSP, the ribbon and the embellishments are only available while supplies last until the end of the month. Sadly, the Vellum I used for the wings is retiring and has already sold out in Australia.
